I was a true fan of Stefano, yet I warned him about the unlicensed materials and IP's being used in his games would somehow effect his overall portfolio. Honestly, just making games for fun does not take away the responsibility of not using proper CC products.
He was banned from all the media, including other platforms and I can guess exactly because of what I wrote - that he used all those things without a permission or any other legal action. Wish him all the best thou, but sometimes we have to be honest.
Edit: Also, this template is definitely a malware, I would not recommend anyone opening. That's just my experience.
